Ms. Spearman will be responsible for managing NeXT's support and education departments. Prior to that she was the Director of SCO's Technical Support Services and Quality Department where she managed more than 130 people. Ms. Spearman took over this department, making substantial gains in customer satisfaction and implementing major changes to the SCO development process to ensure the production of high quality products on schedule.
